New Slab Forms waiting for decoration

Some of the new pieces I have been making over the last few weeks, drying slowly and waiting for me to pluck up the courage to start painting them. At last some sunny weather and the hedges are full of primroses. Sitting on my wheel, making bowls and watching the enormous waves breaking on the rocks at the foot of the valley

One of a new series of slab pots that I'm currently making

Sorry I haven't been updating my blog, the last year's been a bit of a challenge, but even so I have managed to develop some new work which has been well-received. This coming year I shall be continuing with this new work, developing new forms and colours. I have some problems with my clay at the moment but hopefully this will be resolved soon.
